The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DRAVAK. DRAVAK operates this website and store (the “Services”) to provide you with access to our products and content. The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables our online sales platform.

By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms incorporate our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary by device. Product descriptions may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion. Some products, including pepper spray, may be regulated and may be subject to additional purchase, shipping, return, and use restrictions.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be processed before acceptance. Orders may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and other charges are additional unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and to promptly update your details.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All DRAVAK trademarks, designs, product names, and content are owned by Keep U Safe LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Access to third-party tools and links is provided “as is” and at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sales are made directly with DRAVAK. Shopify is not responsible for any sales transactions, products, or claims arising from your purchases from DRAVAK.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices.

SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback, you grant DRAVAK a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for business purposes.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders affected by them.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our Services for unlawful, infringing, or malicious purposes, including transmitting harmful code, spamming, or violating any applicable laws.

TERMS OF SALE
All DRAVAK holsters and magazine holders are sold “as is” and “with all faults.” By purchasing or using our products, you assume all risks associated with firearms and waive all claims against Keep U Safe LLC (d/b/a DRAVAK) for property damage, injury, or death arising from use or misuse.

No express or implied warranties apply, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer is solely responsible for determining product suitability, compatibility (designed for specific factory models only), ongoing safe condition, regular inspection/maintenance, and any effects from firearm modifications or manufacturer design changes. DRAVAK is not liable for typographical errors.

If a defect is found, our sole obligation and exclusive obligation is product replacement at our discretion. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Handcrafted products may have minor variations. We reserve the right to improve products, change prices/specifications without notice. All DRAVAK designs and trademarks are property of Keep U Safe LLC.

This agreement is governed by Texas law. Some state laws may override certain disclaimers.

FIREARM SAFETY

  • NEVER insert or test a loaded firearm during fitting, testing or handling. Failure may cause accidental discharge, injury, or death.
  • Firearms are inherently dangerous. Keep out of reach of children. Handle only if trained and follow accredited safety practices.
  • Carrying with a live round aligned to the firing pin may cause accidental discharge. For certain revolvers and semi-autos, carry with hammer/firing pin on an empty chamber to reduce risk. Do not load the chamber until ready to use.
  • Always keep the muzzle in a safe direction. Assume the firearm is loaded. Do not re-cock while holstered.

TESTING A NEW HOLSTER
Always test with an unloaded firearm before carrying:

Loaded Carrying, if chosen, is at user's sole risk and requires constant awareness of all safety rules.

  • Designed for specific factory models; do not use with modified firearms or alter the product.
  • Check function, compatibility, and proper fit and orientation.

HOLSTER USE

  • Rely on fabric tension/clamping for retention—visually confirm firearm is fully seated and locked through fabric before carrying; keep fingers off trigger during holstering/drawing.
  • Insert pistol sideways, trigger guard first, clamping fabric between pistol and holster. Do not insert straight down like traditional holsters.
  • Inspect regularly for cracks, looseness, wear, or hardware failure—discontinue if unsafe.
  • Do not depend on retention during vigorous activity unless securely clamped with adequate fabric tension. Do not use if damaged or altered.

FIREARM SECURITY
Carrying a firearm demands constant awareness. DRAVAK is not responsible for negligent use, mishandling, or failure to follow these instructions.

PEPPER SPRAY TERMS OF SALE & SAFETY NOTICE

DRAVAK may sell pepper spray products, pepper spray holders, and pepper spray carry kits.

Pepper spray is a regulated defensive aerosol product intended for lawful self-defense use only. By purchasing, receiving, possessing, carrying, or using pepper spray purchased from DRAVAK, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, carry, and use pepper spray in your location.

Buyer is solely responsible for knowing and following all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, shipment, possession, carry, storage, and use of pepper spray.

Pepper spray canisters sold by DRAVAK may be manufactured, labeled, and packaged by a third-party manufacturer, including POM. DRAVAK does not manufacture the pepper spray canister or its chemical contents. DRAVAK manufactures and/or sells the DRAVAK holder and may resell third-party pepper spray canisters in their original sealed manufacturer packaging.

Pepper spray must be used only as directed by the manufacturer and only in accordance with applicable law. Keep pepper spray away from children. Do not puncture, expose to excessive heat, misuse, test spray indoors, tamper with, modify, or deploy pepper spray except in a lawful self-defense emergency.

Pepper spray products may only be shipped where legally permitted and in accordance with applicable carrier rules. Pepper spray orders ship by ground shipping only. Expedited, air, international, APO/FPO, U.S. territory, and restricted-destination shipping may not be available for pepper spray products. DRAVAK reserves the right to cancel and refund any order containing pepper spray if shipment to the customer’s location is restricted by law, carrier rules, or DRAVAK policy.

Due to the regulated nature of pepper spray and aerosol shipping requirements, pepper spray sales are final once shipped or purchased, except where otherwise required by law. Pepper spray must not be returned or mailed back to DRAVAK unless DRAVAK provides specific written return instructions.

If pepper spray arrives damaged, leaking, discharged, defective, or incorrect, customer must contact DRAVAK within 7 days of delivery at info@dravak.com with the order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Eligible issues may be handled with a replacement, refund, store credit, or manufacturer warranty support, depending on the situation.

DRAVAK is not responsible for unlawful possession, unlawful carry, misuse, negligent storage, accidental discharge, intentional misuse, or any use of pepper spray inconsistent with manufacturer instructions or applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRAVAK and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products, including loss, injury, or death.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRAVAK, Shopify, and related parties from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and DRAVAK.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Texas law. You consent to jurisdiction in Texas state or federal courts.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
