Shipping policy
Shipping Areas
DRAVAK ships eligible products to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO military addresses
International shipping is not currently available.
Some regulated products, including pepper spray, have additional shipping restrictions. See the Pepper Spray Shipping section below.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within:
- Standard processing: 3–5 business days
- Peak seasons or high-volume periods: 5–7 business days
Processing times are separate from carrier delivery times.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Eligible non-regulated products may ship by USPS services such as:
- USPS Ground Advantage: typically 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: typically 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of DRAVAK’s control.
Shipping Costs
- $5 flat-rate shipping for orders under $50
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
Free shipping is generally fulfilled using USPS Ground Advantage or another appropriate ground service.
Pepper Spray Shipping
Pepper spray is a regulated defensive aerosol product and is subject to shipping restrictions.
Pepper spray orders ship by ground shipping only where legally permitted. Expedited, air, international, APO/FPO, U.S. territory, and restricted-destination shipping are not available for pepper spray products.
At this time, DRAVAK does not ship pepper spray products to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- New York
- Massachusetts
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO military addresses
- Any other location where shipment is restricted by law, carrier rules, or DRAVAK policy
Orders containing pepper spray may be canceled and refunded if shipment to the customer’s location is restricted.
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, carry, and use of pepper spray.
Pepper spray must not be shipped back to DRAVAK unless we provide specific written return instructions.
Orders Containing Both Pepper Spray and Other Products
If an order contains pepper spray and other DRAVAK products, the entire order may be required to ship by ground service.
If pepper spray cannot be shipped to the customer’s location, DRAVAK may cancel and refund the pepper spray portion of the order or cancel and refund the entire order, depending on the situation.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships.
You can track your package through USPS Tracking or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please check the tracking link for the most recent carrier update.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact USPS or your local post office first. They may be able to confirm delivery details or help locate the package.
DRAVAK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, if you believe there is an issue with your delivery, contact us at info@dravak.com and we’ll do our best to help.
