Return & Warranty Policy

14-Day No-Risk Guarantee

Try it out at home — if it’s not for you, send it back within 14 days for a full refund, subject to the conditions and exceptions below.

We cover return shipping on any defective or incorrect orders.

For other eligible returns, you can use your preferred carrier or we can email you a prepaid return label. If we provide a prepaid label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Item must be returned with any original packaging, parts, and accessories.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Pepper Spray Return Policy

Pepper spray is a regulated defensive aerosol product. For safety, shipping-compliance, and product-integrity reasons, all pepper spray sales are final once shipped or purchased.

We do not accept returns of pepper spray canisters, including sealed POM pepper spray, and customers should not mail pepper spray back to DRAVAK unless we provide specific written instructions.

If pepper spray arrives damaged, leaking, discharged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dravak.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Eligible issues may be handled with a replacement, refund, store credit, or manufacturer warranty support, depending on the situation.

Pepper Spray Holder and Pepper Spray Kit Policy

The DRAVAK Pepper Spray Holder sold by itself is covered by our standard 14-Day No-Risk Guarantee and 1-Year Replacement Warranty.

Pepper spray canisters included in a DRAVAK Pepper Spray Carry Kit are final sale and non-returnable. If there is an issue with the DRAVAK holder portion of the kit, the holder may still be covered under our warranty for defects or shipping damage.

1-Year Replacement Warranty

We’ll replace your item free of charge within one year for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage

How to Request a Replacement

Email info@dravak.com with:

  • Order number
  • Short description of the issue
  • Photo or video of the defect

After reviewing your request, we may replace the item, issue a refund, provide store credit, or request additional information.

Custom Holster Exception

Custom-built holsters made to your specs are non-refundable, but they are covered under the replacement warranty for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Some DRAVAK merchandise items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because these items are custom-printed specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once produced, unless they arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If your item arrives with a defect or printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dravak.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the defect

We’ll work with our print partner to issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us at info@dravak.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
