Typically it stays on the body when wearing tight clothing. Re-holstering is a two-hand operation: one hand stabilizes the holster while the other guides the firearm back in. The Low-Vis Holster prioritizes deep concealment and readiness over speed re-holstering.

Edges are fully buffed to remove sharp points. In testing with a 90/10 poly-elastane undershirt, hundreds of draw/re-holster cycles produced no tears. (In a real fight, worrying about torn underwear isn’t the priority.)
