14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item


1-Year Replacement Warranty

If your item fails under normal use or is defective, we’ll replace it free of charge within one year of purchase. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping-related damage

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect

We'll respond within 2 business days.

We ship all orders via USPS for reliable and trackable delivery. If USPS serves your location, we ship there.
